What do I enter for my Sign-on ID?  
Use your default Sign-on ID for first login. You may be required to select a new Sign-on ID after successfully logging in. If you need assistance with your default Sign-on ID, please contact us.

For your initial login, your Password is your PIN. You may be required to select a new Password after successful login. If you do not know your PIN, please contact us.

If you are not sure if you are enrolled, or to enroll in Northrim Online you need to complete the online application. If you have not yet completed the online application, enroll now.

No problem. We have a secure way for you to get it.
  • Enter the email address you use with Northrim Online
  • We will email your Sign-on ID to you

No problem. You can reset your Password online or please contact us to have it reset.

  • Once you receive the email with your Sign-on ID you can reset your Password online
